Using the form below, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for all other product returns, including defective equipment, warranty and non-warranty repairs. A TestMart® representative will contact you within one business day with an RMA number, which must be prominently displayed on the container or packing slip. Unauthorized deliveries will be refused.
